The number of students to be admitted under state order is determined annually by the Ministry of Education and Science according to the request of the Ministry of Health and information from the National Health Center.
The admission regulations are coordinated with the State Requirements Ordinance, accepted by Government Decree N.127/07.06.1996 and under Art. 68 of the Higher Education Law.
All the applicants must have completed secondary education and must fulfil the requirements of the normative documents.
Foreign citizens must apply according to the requirements of Government Decree N.127/07.06.1996, part III, art. 13(1).
