Foreign students may apply:

In accordance with the intergovernmental agreements on educational, scientific and cultural exchange (as state scholarship students)

In accordance with the Ministerial Council Act

Upon payment of an application fee
Foreign applicants must have completed secondary education and must have studied biology, chemistry, and physics.
All foreign applicants must submit:

An application form containing biographical data and two photos

A photocopy of the secondary school diploma, translated into English, French, or Bulgarian and legalized at the Consulate of their native country

A health certificate issued one month before the date of application, legalized at the Consulate of their native country

Two photographs
Foreign students who wish to study as scholarship students should apply to the Ministry of Education. If they wish to pay for their studies, they must apply to the Faculty of Medicine by September 1. They begin their training upon a successful completion of a one-year course in Bulgarian.
